Mothra Madness is a metaphysical & new age boutique located in Rome, NY, offering unique gemstones, tarot cards, custom kits, collectibles, and more. We’re LGBTQ+ owned, community-focused, and passionate about education and empowerment.

You’ll find us at 303 Erie Blvd West, Suite 2, Rome, NY 13440.

We’re open with the following main hours:

Shopping & Products
What types of products do you offer?
We carry precious gemstones (including Pokémon carved stones!), tarot and oracle decks, incense, ritual candles, essential oils, altar tools, intention jewelry, books, collectibles, and custom kits.
Do you sell online?
Yes! Shop online at our Square store.
How do you source your gemstones?
We source from trusted vendors like Kheops International, gem shows, and Whatnot auctions, prioritizing authenticity and quality.
Are your products authentic and ethically sourced?
We do our best to ensure authenticity and ethical sourcing. Many of our gems come with certificates, and we’re always happy to answer questions about sourcing.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available both in-store and online.
Tarot & Services
Do you offer tarot readings?
Yes! Tarot readings are available in-person only. Choose from a 1-card reading ($9), 15-minute ($25), or 30-minute session ($45). We also offer 4 pendulum questions for $20.
Who does the readings?
Our in-store expert, Angel, and guest practitioners provide readings and guidance.
How do I book a reading?
Just visit the Service Appointments tab at the top of our website to view available options and reserve your spot.
Events & Memberships
What are your VIP memberships?
We offer two magical tiers:
Coven Keeper (Quarterly) – All-access to VIP events, deep discounts, welcome bag, and more
Lunar Seeker (Monthly) – Discounted events, exclusive content, and ongoing perks

How do I check in for events?
Members are tagged in our system for easy event check-in. Just give your name at the door!
Do you host workshops or community events?
Yes! We host VIP events, themed workshops, and seasonal celebrations—follow us on social for updates.
Orders, Returns & Policies
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on crystals, tarot decks, and custom kits.
We do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Please contact us if you have questions or need assistance with an exchange.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship within the U.S. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
